I like to keep my race schedule busy - particularly when I'm feeling a little unmotivated, which is right about now.  I just finished my half, and have a trail race next weekend, which I'm very excited for, and then a fun Jingle5K in December, which will be low-key.

I found a 5Miler in November that I thought I might try out:  http://timmyfund.com/ ... I've not raced a 5 Miler before, so hey, it's a PR!  My boyfriend looked at the course map and told me there's a big killer hill right there at mile 2, and that the downhill would be pretty fierce too.  

I think I'm going to give it a shot, and put it on the calendar.  I like running uphill.    Plus, the start time is 10:30am on a Sunday... nice and LATE!

When I did my trail half that seemed to be the only place I could pass people. I have been blesses with powerfull legs but not speed.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I just hope I don't lose it all in the downhill.  On my half marathon I kept passing the same woman on the uphills....and she promptly kicked my ass on the downhills.  Most of the last 3 miles were on an incline though, so I think I beat her! LOL
