Monday Workouts

 I finally got into the gym and did some weights...I will be feeling it later...wow...
10 min warm-up, these horrible jump squats, stairs and then reverse lunges all with a 4 pound ball (3 sets)
Leg press, leg extension, leg curl, abs
10 min on bike, chest press, flys, push-ups and bicycle crunches
10 min on rower, triceps press, triceps pull downs, bench press, ab cross-overs with 7.5 pound weights

What did ya'll do today?  Hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

 rest day for me.. I can not believe how sore and tired I am from the duathlon.  I think I am more sore than after the marathon. Might be that I rushed too quick back into a race as well.

Sitting here debating doing HIIT.

Will go to the gym this evening with hubby - 60 minutes strength training - back, shoulders, biceps (my FAV workout day!!!)
 5'8" - 40 years old

Might go lift after work.  Depends on if this day gets better.
