Monday Workouts
I finally got into the gym and did some weights...I will be feeling it later...wow...
10 min warm-up, these horrible jump squats, stairs and then reverse lunges all with a 4 pound ball (3 sets)
Leg press, leg extension, leg curl, abs
10 min on bike, chest press, flys, push-ups and bicycle crunches
10 min on rower, triceps press, triceps pull downs, bench press, ab cross-overs with 7.5 pound weights
