Louisville in August doesn't sell out that fast. That's mainly because it's LOUISVILLE IN AUGUST!!! LOL IMAZ filled up in 10 minutes. You need to go volunteer at one then you are garaunteed a spot for the following year. Marie & I will be doing IMAZ next month. Come volunteer if you can and sign up. I may do this race again next year...

If I thought I were this crazy I would have volunteered for Lake Placid this year :)  I guess in 2012 if I catch the bug.  AZ seems pretty cool.  St George and Kentucky are the only ones in 2011 that have open spots right now, but St George is way too soon for me, although I probably would LOVE it.  Couer D'alene has foundation slots open, but seems like a stretch too.

I'm traveling overseas the 21st so can't volunteer or I would.  I suppose Orlando will close pretty quick?

I think my best shot is.. in fact Kentucky.  But yea. Kentucky in August seems kinda crazy.

We get paid on the 29th,so I am signing up for the Orlando 70.3 on that day,I'm so excited, only 13 more days until I can click that register now button. I am looking at Lake Placid for 2012, I am from New York and have a lot of family up there, so its a good choice for me. I plan on volunteering for it next year so I can get a spot.

From what you've already accomplished, there is no chance you can't make that Ironman!  Just hunker down and DO IT!

Happy Birthday!   You're going to love the birthday gift when you unwrap it in May.  Of all the events that I've completed in the last 4 years, the 70.3 was the most satisfying.

Enjoy!
