5 miles of speed play on the treadmill including

six 2-minute intervals at 7:30 pace with 1 minute rest intervals
four half mile intervals at 8:30 pace with 30 second rest intervals

Felt good.

1.5 miles treadmill
1.5 miles crosstrainer
10 minutes stairclimber
20 minutes bike

burned a good 500+ calories!

Did 1 hr Tae Kwon Do class!  My instructor seems to take joy in figuring out how much running and conditioning it takes to wear me out now!
