Beautiful morning for a run.  Got in 6.5 miles.  It was still pitch black when we finished, but it was on the chilly side, and felt great.

It's my rest day for strength training and HIIT.

I'll probably do a 40 minute moderate treadmill workout. My son broke a glass in the kitchen and a piece of the glass cut the bottom of my foot so we'll see.

Rode 21miles to work then did a quick bicep workout. Riding another 21 home and then cardio house cleaning!
