 Spin class this afternoon....

Oh! Just remembered have session with trainer right before spin....we'll see how I feel after training session to see if I continue on to spin....

I cycled out doors yesterday on my bike for the first time in about a year....though I am an avid spin class goer.....I am so super sore.....I guess there is a real difference between assisted spin class, and actually hauling my but up and down inclines....and pushing my body on the bike....I am hardly able to walk.....oh well....muscle shake up will be good for me this pm....

Rode my bike for the first time in a week.  I had to go into the Cath Lab and have my heart checked last Friday.  No straining or lifting for 5 days...I've just done walking the last few days.  Today was freedom!!  Will ride this evening too.  We still haven't had rain here for about 4-5 months...very dirty air (almond harvest).  But it's nice sunny weather, so I can't complain much.  Brian

10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
30 min run on TM (3.76 miles), HIIT, 10 sets of (2 min @ 7.0 mph, 1 min @ 8.6 mph)
35 min on stairmaster (174 flights)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
