After running 14 miles on Saturday and then walking (what seemed like 100 miles) at the State Fair, I'm happy to say it's a light day for me. I'll do four miles and upper body weight training! Tomorrow is even better....Yoga!! Yoga is my "refresh" button!!!

Really want to do some weights, but my body is telling me that after yesterday's 45 hilly miles on the bike- that I need to rest.

So I'm listening.

Spin class.....I may have to go for a swim before class, you've inspired me.....I think that the "alone" time with my brain swimming is probably a good idea for me to calm myself down.....feels like I am on hyper overdrive today....LOL!

Ran 3 miles with hills. Shoulders, really it feels like it is my collar bones are hurting the last three days. Really feels I over did with lifting but I haven't lifted weights for years. Not sure what it could be but I hope it gets better. Julie

I did 20 minutes of yoga to try to help with the serious soreness from running and speed walking the two previous days.

My butt muscles and hips hurt!  I cannot figure out how to stretch out my hips.
