Ohhh..my God!  You ran a 25:50 5K after all that swimming and biking?  That blows me away, that's 14 minutes faster than my plain ol' 5K time! 

That is so awesome, huuuuuuuge congratulations!!!

Thank you all for all the nice comments and support! I love this community, and am always so happy to share my achievements with you guys, and to read about everyone else's achievements. I am so pumped up for next year, I went to the local (somewhat,its a hour drive away) bike shop and put a down payment on a triathlon bike. Its a trek equinox 7, I am so excited about it.

Jillian you are so freakin awesome. We need to set up a place to meet before the Savannah River Bridge Run. I went to Fleet Feet on Monday and they have that big map with the route and man I got excited.


You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was 100% effort that you gave --win or lose.
