Did 30 minutes of lap swimming this morning.

Plannng on going out for a 3-mile run later this afternoon, but we'll see.  I made the mistake of doing it two days in a row for the first time on Monday, and my knees are still feeling tight from it (also a first), but I'm gonna try it!

spin class and 10 minutes of stairs for my cool down.
Still sore from bodypump class yesterday.
Oh how the squats hurt so good.  That and a little 15 pound barbell lifted about a billion times makes the chest muscles hurt too.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

30 minutes treadmill - moderate speed, moderate incline
45-60 minutes strength training - I think we are hitting back and shoulders tonight
