This morning I went out for a 7-mile run.  It was special since it was seven years ago that I had my surgery.  Who could have dreamed this could happen?

Congrats Rob!!  That's awesome, you continue to be an inspiration to the rest of us!

I'm hoping to go for my anniversary run (we're totally RNY twins...only 5 years apart!) in the morning...Wednesday didn't work out so well for me...I hope my 2 year run is as good as your 7 year run!!
