Needing some guidance for muscle building

 WEll I have a great app on my iPhone for number tracking I just hate doing it because I just dont know how to calculate calories for my main meals like dinner and lunch. Like meatloaf...or chili shrimp, or salsa chicken...

Charlie - I'll ask James for some tips also and pm them to you. He has pretty massive muscles for his size and has been lifting for about 13 years now. He's now my trainer.

You know he's a "normie" but I know for sure he supplements with a protein bar and either a protein shake or protein smoothie almost every day. And a large portion of whatever dinner I cook for him (he loves meat).

I'll ask him if he has anything to add that the guys here haven't already mentioned.
