4 mile easy run around the neighborhood. Will start a bit of a taper for my half marathon this weekend tomorrow.

30 minutes HIIT on the treadmill (5 minute warm up and cool down so 20 minutes of actual work)
45 minutes strength training (chest and triceps)
 5'8" - 40 years old
