I got out early for 3.1 miles.  It was a going through the motions run and I an still getting some soreness out after a 10K PR of 51:25 on Sunday.  (I reported 51:15 on facebook but that was incorrect).

How did you do today?
Scott

I've been out of town and out of touch for a couple days but got my walking in. Wanting to start the C25K but this ol' girl doesn't have an ipod...is that what you call it? Gonna get one this weekend. Hope I have sense enough to use it and can download the program. Today is stunningly beautiful. Already walked my two miles and rode my bike a ways. A good day for me. Hope yours is good too!

Walked 5 miles today and ran 3.2 miles. Felt good and could have ran more. That is a good sign. Can really feel it in my legs tonight. Planning on working on speed tomorrow. It was a beautiful day here in Iowa! Julie

Strength and core workout today.  Also, started over with the 100 pushup challenge now that I'm done with tri season.  Arms should feel good tomorrow.

I went to spin class. 60 min. I think I did about 20 miles. Hard to say as my meter kept crapping out.
