Forgive me if this is a second post, but I didn't see one...and it's 8:30pm guys!!  What did we do today??

Rowed 5k in about 23 minutes
35 minutes on the Cross Ramp machine - cross training 2 program
stretching

Anyone else???

 rest for me.. ugggh do I need it.. stil taking 10 seconds a step to climb to my bedroom :)

55 min of weights (back/bi/shoulders)
65 min spin on stationary bike, low impact intervals (27.2 miles)

 another rest day for me, still felt like poo today...a little better this evening, will see what tomorrow will bring...

Rest day today after 12.5 mile run yesterday. Will start my taper for the 1/2 marathon this weekend. First one and I'm starting to get excited

Walked 1/2 mile than ran a 9 minute mile during lunch time. Didn't get a chance to do more tonight. Should and could have ran that faster. Will get it in the 8 minute mark. Julie
