60 min on TM (7.16 miles)  - low impact intervals 4 X 15 min sets of (10 min @ 7.0 mph, 5 min @ 7.5 mph).
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

6.25 mile run on new route along Sinclair Inlet. Rolling Hills with a few STEEP (20%) ones. Slower pace than I had wanted, but it felt good!

7 mile run.  first 3.5 were all uphill.  Felt good to conquer that - ready for my Half next weekend!

I did some interval training on the bike. The hills were too much after doing Mount Hamilton the day before and I tweaked my calf again.

So basically not happy...
