Saturday's Workout
I did a 35.68 mile bike ride.
It was mostly flat but then I biked up Mount Hamilton. I didn't think it was particularly hilly but it took me 2:07 to bike to the turn around and 1:08 to bike back! Okay, back was also 5 miles shorter, but still... gotta love those descents!

Easy 15-mile bike ride with my husband. He's still struggling to rebuild after his knee surgery three months ago. He's frustrated that he's starting over from scratch after running 3 marathons last year.

Ran 17 miles in about 3 hrs... Supposed to do 32 miles, that's why the slower pace, but knee started buggin so I called it and will get after it tomorrow. Then Swam 2500 Meters in 46 ish minutes...
