 Ok, so today I consider myself a runner.  I ran 6 miles (this was my first time running the full 6!!!) in the rain and wind...I am so excited for myself!!!
Mile 1   11:40.87
Mile 2   11:51.81
Mile 3   11:35
Mile 4   11:55.87
Mile 5   11:57.95
Mile 6   11:24.95

Total time was 1:10.2  There was a lot of wind today, it was a challenge but I did it!!!

What did ya'll do today?

I feel pretty bad today because I was unable to go to TKD class last night and told not to do my walk/run this am becuase I was in the ER last night for a GI bleed.

Good job on the 6 mile run!

Today, my running buddy and I were feeling a little wimpy, so we ended up jog-walking 3 miles. We are doing 9 this weekend.

I haven't decided... I missed two workouts this week but Friday normally is a rest day.

Rest day, my first half is tomorrow morning,have a 2:30 am wake up. Although I did go buy a YMCA membership today to use their pool. I have access to the pools on post, but I am having issues going there, so I decided to join the YMCA down the street since their pool is nicer, has better hours, and free childcare,well worth the monthly fee.

back home and back to the gym today :)

50 min of weights (chest/tri) w/ 6 X 40 pushups and 4 X 15 sets of dips
5 min walk/warmup on TM @ 4.0 MPH
45 min run on TM (5.37 miles) 3 X 15 min sets of (10 min @ 7.0 MPH and 5 min @ 7.5 MPH)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
