Nate - MINE TOO - I just set up my Marathon tracks and set Dear X twice - at the start, and right at the hopefully the end ;)

I also love Whatever it Takes by Pillar.

Hmmm....I'll have to check it out. I'm always up for a change. Thanks!

Okay, I checked it out. It's a good one.  I need to clean out my ipod and put new music on it. I'm finding myself "tuning" most of it out because I'm sick of it and need a change. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have never even heard of 90% of what you all just mentioned.

I've got all my favorite head-banging, fist-pumping, blood-rushing songs on my iPod, but the one that consistently makes me want to swing my head, dance around, and play air-drums while I'm running (or doing anything else for that matter) is  Youth Gone Wild, by Skid Row.  It's just pure joy for me!

Pure 80s rock!  Nothing like good old fashion hair metal bands.  Although I listen to this when I work.

I mix up modern Christian rock with 80's hair.. so I got Pillar and Disciple mixed in with lots of Dokken and Scorpions, maybe even a little Megadeth.  :)  too much Megadeth and the pace gets too fast :)

Almost anything by Linkin Park or Disturbed.  Linkin Park was my 5K playlist Weds. night.
