My new favorite song gives me such an extra boost!!! The words mean so much to me!!! I think we can probably all relate to this one!!  I wanted to share it.

Check it out and post your favorite!

My favorite right now!!!
The Dog Days are Over by Florence and the Machine
It's awesome!!! It reminds me that the dog days of being overweight are behind me! The days of struggling with working out or the embarrassment are behind me!! I'm leaving them behind and running for me, my sister, my father, my brother, etc. Listen to the song...it's awesome!!! I hope it puts a little boost in your run! I think you might just be able to relate to it too. Happy Running!!!

Okay, I'm glad you listed yours. I listen to all sorts of music, but for running you got to take it to the next level! Thanks your suggestions! They're great!

On the last leg when my legs feel like they just can't go any longer-I have set in my Ipod Natalie Grant's "I will not be moved". It's got a great beat to it and the words are so encouraging and reminds  me who helps me through those impossible moments.

Anything with a good heart pounding beat.

I just can't get into the techno dance music.  Too many of the pod casts use that because it's real easy for them to get a beats per minute pace going.
