Hi Everyone!! I was at the gym wicked early today...was up so I figured I might as well get it out of the way...
Rowed a 5k in 21:22 - shaving some time off my best, so yay!!

I was in the pool at 6:00 a.m. doing laps - 30 minutes and I feel great!

Bad day for me so far. Went to zumba last night and was sluggish. Went out this morning for w3d2 and I hit the wall. I could not do it. I tried to talk myself into finishing and my body would not go. Going to try again tonight. Thought maybe I was getting sick because I felt flu-like but took my temp and it is normal. Hope things so better tonight.
It was a gully-washer here in Central New York, so I headed inside for a 45-minute spin class.
I forgot how hard the spin instructor makes us work. It was a great class.
