Wow...I can't believe I stayed under 11 min and my times were getting a little faster...just wow!!!

    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 40 minute jog/sprints....I have hit a wall on the C25K, I can't seem to get to the 25 minute mark.  So today and the tomorrow, I am changing it up.  I'm jogging 15 minutes, walk 2 minutes, sprint (as fast as I can) for 2 minutes, repeat....I need to build up stamina....
