Tomorrow is the day
The company I work for hosts a charity 5K every year. The 2 previous years I have thought wow that would be cool to be able to do something like that. Well this year I am doing it, this time last year I was 60 pounds heavier and lucky to walk to my car without getting winded. This year I have a new life, I do more than 5K almost every morning granted I don't run the full thing yet but I am working towards it.
Keeping up with fluids at work is difficult so tomorrow I am going on the timer to make sure I get my fluids and am hydrated since the 5K is after work.
Step 1 do a 5K
Step 2 run a 5K
I have a way to go but at least I have finally been given the chance to start.
