I did a hilly 3.5 mile run preceded by half mile walk and ended with another half mile walk for cool down.

It was a crazy day. First, I set my alarm wrong and didn't get up in time to spin. This was okay because my legs were still sore from my race on Sun.

But when I was about to leave work to go water run, I got a call from the hubby that my daughter and her friend were in an accident. My daughter was not hit but the friend wa**** by a car. Daughter (and hubby who was parking the car when he heard the squealing brakes and so saw the aftermath) were a bit hysterical so I immediately came home.

I ended up doing a short (and extremely slow) run around the neighborhood once daughter went to bed. So it wasn't a complete loss workout-wise.
