Cassie,

You are so awesome. Do you know what I love most about your report??? In EVERY picture you are smiling from EAR to EAR!!! Your smile is infectious and so is your positive outlook. YOU are a shinning example Cassie and I am glad to call you my friend. Great report, great race, and congrats on beating your goal. It looks like you had a lot of kinesio tape on your knee. Do your knees hurt a lot on the bike? It looks like your saddle might be a tad bit low which can cause knee pain. Just an observation. Anyways, You are incredible and are absolutely a rockstar! Next stop... IRONMAN???

Cassie, this was so inspiring to me!  I started C25K W4D1 last night and it was really tough.  Coming home and reading about your experience rejuvinated my determination to see it through.  Thank you for sharing your story and photos and a big CONGRATULATIONS!
