Ok i finally did it

 I have an appointment to join the gym and meet with a trainer who will make an exercise routine for me.    I am slightly stressed (ok slightlly wigging)  but determined. Any advice on eating around working out. I know she will have some advice about calories and protein and such, but not what i need with my pouch. I am almost 8 months out and have been walking for exercise.  Thanks for any advice.

Good luck!!!  I don't have much advice as I just started but I am sure your trainer will talk you through the entire process.  Stay hydrated!
