Getting back on track!
I have been doing 30 min walks five days a week for two weeks now. I am slowly but surely getting it back together. WHen I took time off from exercise(4 weeks due to vacation) I was doing three 30 mins walks a day. I am trying to get back there. The exercise was helping me drop the last 30 pounds. I am ready to make this happen for myself. I am tired of not finishing what I start. Next week I plan to increase from one 30 min walk to two a day. I will do this for two weeks, and then increase to three time a day. I would like to do this until I reach four time a day. I would like to get where I am walking 4 miles and jogging four miles. Maybe one day I can actually do a half marathon. I think this is my new goal!
Fantastic goal! I started with the 1st day to 5k running program on podrunner. My cardio conditioning is good so I had to jump ahead but I Iove the music. (MsLee aka SaltyPickle turnd me on to this.)
Just run to the beat and you don't need to think about the distance. The music paces you. I do level ten of the freeway to 10k a few times a week.

I hated running for thirty years but now its ok. I may never be an avid running fan, but I want to always be able to run.
