I went for a 5 mile brisk walk this morning. I did run Thursday but only three miles. I took a week off due to a killer flu; I was so achy my hair hurt! Glad to be over that!
No running for me :( but I did do a nice leisurely 5 mile walk :) Leg feels great and I can't wait to be running again!!!!
