After giving my body a week to recover from the Syracuse 70.3, I resumed my training for the Hamilton Marathon in Ontario in 7 weeks.  I ran a nice easy 10 miler this morning and felt great.

How did you spend your Saturday?

Thanks! I was a runner before morbid obesity took over my life, I'm fortunate that the running has come back to me so quickly, but I could really use some pointers on cycling, good luck on your bike today.
