5 mile run

Today was an unplanned rest day...I started a new job and trying to figure out my Wed workouts...

65 min spin on stationary bike (27.57 miles) low impact intervals

Did a few things dfferent toda. Played kickball in three different class periods, Ran a mile over my lunch and went outbiking for 45 minutes. Julie
