Hi Everybody!
Sorry I've been so scarce - my business really has me hopping these days. I'm struggling to get my workouts in, but I usually do. I've had to modify quite a bit because of my biceps tendinitis, but I've decided not to use that as an excuse. It does hurt, but I can still walk, bike, and swim laps if I modify. I haven't done any upper body weightlifting for a while - I'm hoping the swimming will keep me toned. It just hurts too much. I guess I need to go to the doctor to see if there is anything he can do. I've been coming in occasionally to keep up with you guys - you're my motivation to get up from this computer and move every day. I'm glad to have the business, but it's pure SITTING, and that ain't good from a fitness standpoint.
