Having them big time.  I am stuck weight wise.  still have about 30 to go.  Been out of sync for six weeks with illness and death of my father and out of town trips.  So, I am writing this as a note to self to be afraid, be very afraid.  I'm going out with my husband in a few to run 5k distance.  I haven't run that far in a week.  We have a 5k race on saturday, and it will be my husband's first.  He's gonna kick my butt!  But the fat girl will not win.  Here's to the healthy, victorious girl!!!!!

So I ran 3.1 in 37.05 which is really good for me.  I have to thank the husband for helping me stay with it.  While I believe that weight loss and exercise is generally a solitary pursuit, sometimes it is nice to have someone expect something of you and encourage you to achieve it.

you can do it, the first step is always just putting on the shoes or walking into the gym, just do what you can and try to keep up with it as best as you can, life will always get in the way, we just have to keep reminding ourselves that "life" is the reason we do this stuff, not an excuse for not doing it.  you have this!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
