 stretching (15 min), cardio (treadmill 1 mile at 6.0), legs, abs, stairs (20) bike for 5 min (2.75 miles), shoulders and abs, rowing 5 min (forgot how far)...running late, so could not finish...

Took it easy today since I did a triathlon yesterday,but since I took 2 rest days before the tri, I wanted to do something today.30 minutes of weight, got to the gym early enough I was able to do a circut hitting triceps,back,chest,biceps,and shoulders.After that 30 minutes on the elliptical.

5K this evening. Nice rolling route with a couple of steep hills. Pace a bit slower than usual. Guess I am quicker in my morning runs before I am aware of what I am doing!

It's usually a day off, but I had a chance to go to a Kettlebell workout at lunch so I took it.
