Exercises help lose or reduce Panniculus fat

Hey everyone...I hope you all had a wonderful day today. The question I have is...what exercises can I do daily that would help me reduce and get rid of  the Panniculus fat that hangs right at the pubic area (sorry to be so graphic). I work out  alot and I see that my body is slimming down and toning up very well but I just dont know what exercises to do daily to reduce and get rid of the panniculus fat that seems to hang. It causes me to be very self-consciousness and one day I hope to be able to wear shirts that dont come all the way down to my tighs.  PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP.

So I'm sorry to tell you...you can't spot reduce. Fat will go from where ever it decides to go from. If you're working out and all that good stuff now then you're doing the right thing. Your tummy fat will go down.

Yep, what she said, unfortunately.  Nothing you can do about the skin either, short of surgery.

Also, once you start losing, the fat will move around. So it's a continuous process of improvement.
