Saturday Workouts!!!

I started the day with a pretty lack luster 3 miles but added 3 quarters on the end in 1:40, 1:37 and 1:34 which really turned around my outlook on the whole run.  4 total.

6 mile run and .5 cool down for 6.5 total...and I'm off to my little brother's wedding this afternoon.  Hope you all enjoy your Saturdays!!

W7D2 on c25k. Then ab workout. After that, I think I am going to sit by the pool and read my book for a bit.

 Harmony Christian School 5k today...   and 1st in my age group!!!!! 

I won't tell anyone that there were only 70 entries..  but I did run a 24:55 for an 8 min/mil pace,  which is pretty good for me
