Nice Job Erin! You will Rock your 10K!!

GOOD LUCK JILILAN!!!

Today was my first run since being grounded with eColi since the 1st.  Did my 5K Hill Workout with 20% grade. I could definately feel the difference having not worked out at all...4 minutes slower on my overall pace, which sucks! But I will be back to snuff soon!

How's everyone else doing today??
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

took the bike out in the hills around my house for a nice recovery ride, just under 22 miles in an hour and 15 minutes.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Fully into my taper now :)

Did a 12.5 mile ride on the bike in about 50 minutes.  Not sure if I am just a slowpoke, or if its the hills I am on that keeps me so slow compared to the folks I read on here, I can't seem to keep above a15 mph average.

Exactly 2 weeks to the Wineglass!!!!!!!!!

Cycled 35 miles this morning.  Rolling hills made it tough, but got through it.

7 mile run in the POURING down rain for about one-third of it. I wore long cotton sweats -- stupid! BUT, I made it. :) Longest run to date with lots of hills.

Swam 2 miles (except the course was long so it was really more like 2.2) and then had a short break and swam 1(.1) miles.

It was a race and, for the 2 miler, I was the only one in my age group so I won! 4th in my age group for the 1 miler (out of 5) but less than a minute out from 3rd and I made my goal so I was happy.
