wow, it's almost 8:30 and no friday workout thread yet....

i did a one hour spin class, hills repeats, hard and hot, but great
followed by 55 minutes of weights (back/bi/shoulders)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

First triathlon on Sunday, so today and tomorrow I am taking a rest day. Its just a sprint though, a 500y/13m/3.1m so nowhere near what all the 70.3 people here are doing this weekend. So my race report from this weekend won't be as cool as theirs.

Good luck Sunday.  Your adventure will be just as memorable as mine because it's your first tri and it'll make you thirst for more!

Thanks Cassie, good luck to you as well. I love brick workouts, so I have a good feeling I'll love triathlons.

don't sell yourself short.  all, and i mean ALL races are challenging no matter the distance, in the shorter races the pain is just more intense than the longer ones, but not any less challenging.  good luck and enjoy it, you have this.

Thanks Bill, I have some serious pre race jitters. I plan on practicing transitions in my living room tomorrow.
