Exercise and Loose Skin

Has anyone seen any results with toning exercises and relieving some of the loose skin issues?

Exercise makes your muscles bigger but it doesn't change your skin, at least not directly.

There was a study that said people who exercise have better skin that people who don't though.

The thing that muscles can do for you is to fill out some of the loose skin that used to have fat with muscles. It won't fill it all out for most people, but it definitely helps.

 When you replace the fat with muscle it will replace what is lost and fill out the skin thus giving it better definition. But some areas, you just will have sagging skin!
