After 18 weeks of training, I will start my 70.3 mile victory lap Sunday at 7:52 a.m. for my first Half Ironman.  Thank you  to everyone who traveled this path and shared their experiences on this forum.  You were the spark that lit the fire of determination within me to tackle this adventure.

This month marks 4 years since RNY and I can think of no better way to celebrate my  anniversary.    My body is healthy and strong.   I am ready to put it to the test Sunday!
