I put my kid on the bus and hurried off for a 3.3 mile run before my wife had to head off to work.  Nice start to the day.

What did you do?

6.5 mile run with a .25 mile cool down...I may not have the base I need for my half next weekend, but I like the fact that I can do six miles without a second thought now .

Did a relaxed 4 mile at a 10:00 min. pace. Knees felt a little "tweaky" so took it easy. Don't want to get injured or worn out before my first 1/2 marathon. Already have done 73 miles this month with 2 11 mile runs. Getting excited

Have a good day...Debbie
