I just started this morning
Someone suggested Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video... I tried it this morning and could only make it about half way through the 20 minute workout... My biggest problem was all the "bounce" and it is rather uncomfortable and painfull... Any suggestions on keeping the "bounce" away?? I havent done jumping jacks since highschool and I hated it then... Now I have a large amount of extra skin bouncing with me....
I am kinda disapointed with myself for not being able to do the entire 20 minutes but at least I got started.... I'll try again tomorrow..

Congrats on having the courage to start. Get back at it tomorrow and if you don't finish, hit it again on Friday. Keep it up and you will master it eventually.
You can go to a sports apparal store and get some compression gear to help with the bounce. It is kind of like spandex and it really will help.

Don't worry, you wear compression gear under your workout clothes.

When I would go to the beginning aerobics class the teacher would tell us if this next movement is to hard...Walk in place. That's what I would do. If there is too much bouncing...just walk...keep moving. As you lose more...you can move easier and do more...which in turn helps you to lose more weight, which in turn helps you to move better. It really becomes an upward spiral rather than the downward spiral we are use to. Keep moving!! When the weather got bad I would put on some old rock music and walk between the living room and kitchen. Maybe carry a weight or something heavy...making my own movements. Brian
