My last long training run.. 22 Miles.  Averaged 11 min miles.  I can not believe how hard those last 6 miles were.  I am confident I can get to 26.2, but its gonna be a freaking battle.  Ready for the taper.  Its incredible what these long runs do to the mind and the body - I am utterly exhausted.

YEE HAW!!!

So, after being grounded for two weeks, was able to hit the gym this morning.  Did some ab work (100 crunches, no biggie).

30 minutes (7 miles) bike, hills and all!

I AM A  HAPPY WOMAN!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I had my support group meeting so I missed swimming. I ran in the gym instead. 3.88 miles in 42 min with about 2/3 of it actually running.
