i am just starting out with yoga.  Recently received "Yoga for Inflexible people".  Not very challenging yet, I feel comfortable in learning the poses and transitions.  It is a nice way for me to ease into the day since I find the routines on the cable channel too advanced right now.  I can see however, getting to them in the not too distant future.  Hope this helps.  Oh, check out the Biggest Loser video as well.  This one is good too.  (Again, I am not flexibile - I have been a walker over the years...)
One day at a time.

Hi Cheri,

Here is a list of the top ten from my site.

I put this list together considering people like myself (over forty) who are not in top physical condition. So there is a good mix of different levels. It was actually a lot of work to put this list together, and they all got really good reviews.
