Go for it!  I'm planning on trying one before my time, just to see where I am at.  I expect I'll walk some, but that's OK with me!  Have fun!  -margaret

YES!!  I'm due to finish the program on Saturday the 25th (this month) but I know I won't be making the whole 3.1 miles in 30 minutes... but I'm seriously thinking about doing 2 days of Week 8 (starting today), 2 days of Week 9, and adding more time before then, because that same day there's a Hospice benefit 5K at the local hospital that I really think I want to try.  It's a bit hilly in some spots though and I really, really want to run my first one without having to stop so I haven't completely decided, but strongly leaning that way.  But anyway, yeah go for it, you should be ready then!
