Okay, so now I am freaked out!  It has been 11 days since I have been able to do any kind of a workout. My appetite has been, as expected, down. However I'm getting in protein, good carbs, and lots of water. No fever for two days now.

I'm going to attempt a short (2 mile) flat EASY run or Walk in the morning when I take my daughter to soccer (I will have an hour to kill before the game starts).  Definately taking it easy to avoid tendon injury, which tendon rupture is a risk of my antibiotic.

This is the most down time post op, except for my gallbladder last year. I am compelely scared that I have lost all this muscle and will be a heap of Jiggly flesh!!

I am down 7 lbs. in 11 days... Can that all be muscle loss??? SAY IT AINT SO!!!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I bet the bulk of the loss is water weight. You will not lose muscle that FAST and after only 11 days. You will be ok...

It takes a lot longer to lose muscle and fitness. I can take as much as two weeks off and not even notice a difference fitness-wise
