 Had a great back, chest, biceps and ab workout....mixed in some great cardio too....I feel great today!!!

 coached soccer and rested up, 8k Montgomery Day Run for United Way in the morning, should be fun.  Got my last 20+ miler early next week and then I can start the taper!
