When I walk my 2 miles around the neighborhood at lunch time, I'm fine. But when I walk the track in the evening I feel a little dizzy toward the end. I drink my water during the track time. Any suggestions to what it could be? Thanks.

Are you getting any protein in before you go in the evening? I can't exercise on an empty pouch..

May be low in sodium or potassium.  I would cook some spinach and add a small amount of salt.  Things high in potassium; oranges, tomatoes, raisins, bananas, broccoli...

My first thought would be either dehydration, or low blood sugar. Being dehydrated can cause your blood pressure to drop, make sure you have drank plenty through the day before you are working out. As far as low blood sugar you might try eating something before you work out. Protein bar or maybe a banana and peanut butter.
