7.5 mile tempo run. I don't think I'm going to play ladies league flag football anymore, its not the physical running and moving aspect of it, its the rough housing. I'm covered in bruises, the worse being one on my toe, a girl on the other team was pissed about me pulling her flag so she stomped on my foot with cleats on,I was wearing running shoes.

I had an awesome workout this morning.

3/4 warm up
                         .1 jog
1 mile - 7:44
                         .2 jog
1 mile - 7:31
                         .2 jog
1 mile - 7:24
                         .25 cool down

I really had to pu**** and I wanted to puke.  I didn't get there but I will.  I really tried to stay in the moment and push the pace without any mind wandering.  At times I was focusing on objects 50-100 feet ahead to pull me along.

This day in a row, ran just under six miles.  Starting to really enjoy these early morning runs.  Finished the run before sunrise.  It's dark out there in the parks and the streets.  Also people early in the morning like to drive fast.  Need to slow down and enjoy their lives a little more.
