Walked 2 miles, ran a fast 1 mile indoors and then tonight ran 4 miles with hills. Tough but felt good! Julie

Hey there...I did my 30 minute lap swim, trying not to do any overhead strokes like crawl or backstroke that would make my tendinitis flare up. I did do a few laps of crawl, but mostly used the kickboard, did breaststroke, modified backstroke, etc. I was tired, so I guess I got a good workout, but it was definitely different!
