Tuesday Workouts

 Ok, so I am going to start training for the Wicked 10k in October, I normally just run 3.11 miles but starting today I will be increasing my distance as much as I can.
Today was a nice 4.11, I did pretty good with the distance, my hip was not to happy, but all in all pretty good.  I was also passing all of the kids waiting for the bus (first day back here), they all looked so tired....

What did ya'll do today????

Was out at 5:45 am while it was still in the low 70s and since the weather was so nice was able to do a 10 mile run.

2 hours of weights - arms/chest/abs
15 minutes of sprints.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

I am new to this board, and new to running.  But I think I am hooked.  I jogged 1.5 miles today and walked 2.5 miles.  It was my real first jog with out to many recovery times.  I am really looking forward to increasing my distance and no recovery times.
