Tuesday Workouts
Ok, so I am going to start training for the Wicked 10k in October, I normally just run 3.11 miles but starting today I will be increasing my distance as much as I can.
Today was a nice 4.11, I did pretty good with the distance, my hip was not to happy, but all in all pretty good. I was also passing all of the kids waiting for the bus (first day back here), they all looked so tired....

Got a few more files to do, then I'll be out for a long, brisk walk. Still beautiful weather here in Indiana!
